How TokenTap Pricing Works −

  • How Engaged Students Are Counted
    An engaged student is any student with at least one token deposit or withdrawal during a calendar month. Your usage tier is based on the number of engaged students in a month. Subscription tiers use “Engaged” students because TokenTap’s “Active” students do not always have transactions every month.
  • No Hidden Fees or Limits
    Create unlimited students, administrators, deposits, withdrawals, goals, rewards, program locations, support requests, and more. Only the number of engaged students determines your usage tier — nothing else.
  • Free Start
    Sign up any time and enjoy your first full calendar month free. If, after the free month, your usage grows beyond the Free tier capacity (up to 10 engaged students), TokenTap will display a friendly reminder to upgrade.
  • Tier Behavior

    If your monthly count of engaged students exceeds your current tier, TokenTap will display a friendly upgrade notice.

    Subscription upgrades generate a prorated charge for the remainder of the month. Downgrades generate a prorated credit only if your current month's usage fits within the new tier's limit. The next billing period will be billed at the new subscription tier. You can preview prorations in Stripe before the change is applied.

    You can cancel your subscription at any time; your account will revert to the Free tier.

  • Consolidated Billing
    For multi‑program organizations, all engaged students across program locations that share the same billing contact are combined to keep billing simple and cost‑effective.
  • Transparency
    You can view your current monthly count and history of engaged students anytime in TokenTap under Program Setup → Subscription or, for more details, under Tools → Overview.
  • Greater Enterprises
    For organizations averaging over 800 engaged students per month, we offer custom pricing, consolidated billing, synchronization tools, custom features, and priority support. Contact sales@tokentap.com.
  • Quick Summary

    Each plan covers up to the listed number of engaged students per month. If your program grows beyond that level, you’ll step up to the next tier. Pricing stays predictable, transparent, and scalable as your program expands or contracts.

    And don’t worry if you exceed your tier — nothing in TokenTap will be disabled or limited. You’ll just see friendly notifications reminding you to upgrade when it makes sense.

  • Result: Affordable, mid‑range plan with predictable costs and steady room for growth before needing to upgrade.
